Stash Spot is an approved vendor for shipping personal or business packages via USPS or FedEx.
Anyone can use our services. It is not necessary to have a mailbox account with us in order to use our shipping services.

Post office. They offer a multiple of services besides your postal needs like finger printing. You will receive amazing customer service from the owner and her staff. They are extremely welcoming and definitely an asset to the community. As a property owner I suggest The Stash Spot to all my tenants.
FAQ.
- I’ve signed up, what happens next?
- You will receive an email with your Stash Spot number and instructions. You may begin using the service right away. Use the Stash Spot address and with your number behind it. When your package arrives, we will notify you via email with photo. Come pick up your packages during our store hours or request for a delivery.
- Is there a limit to how many or what size packages I can have delivered?
- There is no limit on how many packages you may have delivered. Your packages can only be 75"X33” to fit through our door.
- What information will you need from me?

We will ask you to fill out a Form 1583 (USPS Application for Delivery of Mail Through Agent") when picking up the first package or you can find this form here, print and bring it with you. We will also ask for 2 forms of ID:
- valid driver's license or state non-driver's identification card
- armed forces, government, university, or recognized corporate identification card
- passport, alien registration card or certificate of naturalization
- current lease, mortgage or Deed of Trust
- voter or vehicle registration card
- home or vehicle insurance policy

- How long will you hold my packages?
- Stash Spot will hold small and medium packages for 2 weeks without storage fees. Packages considered large will be held for 7 days without storage fees. Management may make exceptions and considerations if communicated with Management. Storage fees are listed under our Terms of Service
- If I’m in a rush, can you assist with curbside delivery?
- We do our best to accommodate curbside pick-up. Need ADA assistance? Kids or furbabies in the car? Give us a call and we’ll try to run your packages out to you!
- Can other people use my mailbox?
- We allow up to 3 people within a household to use the same Stash Spot number, but we require everyone to fill out a 1583 form and submit identification and proof address.
